STEP ONE
On-site meeting and consultation
Starting with your first call, we begin with a few general questions about your needs, schedule, and budget to understand how we can best help. This allows us both to determine if an in-person meeting is necessary to further discuss your project. Next, we'll visit your home to assess its condition in detail. In addition to talking about your wishes and aesthetics, we analyze the building structure of the home and point out how it might affect your plans, such as the condition of the floor or load-bearing walls. Every home is unique, so we investigate in detail to provide you with an accurate assessment.
STEP TWO
Planning and financing
If you decide to go ahead with the renovation, we will invite you to our design showroom to see our range of products. Here you will be able to see layouts and choose samples of features and finishes. For example, when planning a bathtub, we can look at the choice of bathtubs, flooring and estimate their cost along with installation. We will also clarify your preferences and project details, such as your preferences for room coloring or whether you want to use a previously proven painter. Are you looking to save money, or do you want everything to be up to par? Once we've identified your needs and wants, we're ready to provide you with a customized quote and detailed scope of work.
STEP THREE
Permitting process and preparation for work
This stage may seem less exciting, but it is very important. After we prepare a detailed contract and payment schedule, you will review and sign it. Our team will then start organizing all the necessary permits and inspections. While this can be a somewhat volatile part of the process, don't worry - we'll take care of all that paperwork. Once we've got everything approved and ready to go, it's time for the demo! Our team pays special attention to the safety and cleanliness of the workplace (after all, it is your home), so we will protect the work area with plastic barriers, protect the floor and any other surfaces in the area. Our goal is to provide comfort and safety for you, so we will clean up at the end of each workday. If necessary, we will also protect your entrance!
STEP FOUR
Workflow
At this stage, we begin to execute your renovation, which is very exciting as you will see your space change day by day. The work will be done according to your design and we will be in touch with you every step of the way. Clear communication is our priority, and we are always available to answer your questions and accommodate your wishes.
STEP FIVE
Putting the finishing touches on your project
When the work is nearing completion, we will review all the details together and resolve any final issues. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, so we will perfect every aspect of the project. A final inspection will be arranged for your convenience, and we can also offer additional services such as drain cleaning or deep cleaning if you are interested. If any issues arise after the work is completed, we will gladly return to resolve them.
